In 2012 our kitchen team has changed and a new Chef joined us.
Since then the team got bigger, with the arrival of a maître restaurateur, Regis Mazurczak, and a chef from Camargue, Gilles Benson.
Hervé Pachoud, when he was 8 year-old, already knew that he would be a cook.
One of his grandfathers was a pastrycook, the other one horse trader, and he admired them ; his parents quickly understood his passion and helped him in his success.
Surrounded by the flavours of the garigue, anise and olive oil… his way was found : hotel school, succession of quality jobs in famous restaurants of the French Riviera, the Alps, Corsica, Brittany and Périgord.
Having a passion for cooking, he never refuses a touch of surprise and he's the happiest when people are happy too when finishing their meal…
